Save the dates! The annual StartmeupHK Festival is set to return on 8–17 November, and will be hosting a number of community events alongside the main programme to cover a wider range of topics.

If you wish to look closer into the relationship between women and funding through the perspectives of different stakeholders, LOUDER Connect (9 Nov) will be hosting a dialogue on “Empowering Women, Revolutionizing Funding”. For those interested in greentech, join investor Undivided Ventures at Sustainability within the Built Environment, Accretive or Dilutive? (14 Nov) for their panel discussion and showcase of early stage startups. Startup community Cocoon will also be organising the Future of Work Unconference (16 Nov) to explore the impact of AI on work in the future.

What’s more, the Festival this year will include a satellite event in Bangkok, Thailand - the Corporate Innovation Summit 2023 (14-15 Nov), comprising a conference, workshops and networking with high profile speakers and C-suite attendees.

Fashion Summit (HK) 2023

The Captain’s Table is a global pitch competition designed for startups in the maritime and logistics industry. This year will see a 5th cohort of startups pitching to a live audience in Hong Kong while streaming online to the global audience. The winning startup will receive a cash price, and free legal services from a global law firm. Applications close on 30 September.
