21.01.19, 18:30 – 21:00
Metta, 21/F California Tower, 30-32 D’Aguilar Street, Central

While asking customers what makes a brand experience successful, they often come up with a quite diverse set of answers. Some choose brands on their storytelling strategy, some others are conquered by a creative campaign able to resonate with them, or a memorable in-store experience. Some others fall for  a user-friendly ecommerce website, fast delivery and nice packaging.
Regardless the sector, as customers’ expectations keep on rising, not only brands, but also vendors involved at any stage of the customer journey must stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the market and come up with innovative solutions if they want a shot at engaging newer generations, a key segment for survival.
