PolyU’s flagship innovation and entrepreneurship competition is a dynamic platform that seamlessly integrates education, incubation, research translation, project realization, and investment opportunities—empowering the next generation of innovators.
Partnering with leading enterprises and PolyU Mainland Translational Research Institutes, it aims to accelerate the development and commercialization of cutting-edge technologies into successful ventures.
With a unique “1+N” framework, the competition features a main competition zone in Hong Kong, alongside multiple regions across Mainland cities. Leading enterprises will serve as sponsors or strategic partners, providing problem statements for teams to develop demand-driven solutions.
With all tracks open to start-ups and innovators from Hong Kong, the Mainland and across the globe, winning teams from each region will advance to the grand final, competing for the championship title and attractive prizes of up to HK$500,000. Additionally, they will gain international exposure and exciting opportunities for trial adoption, funding, fundraising referrals, and access to the incubation centres of PolyU Mainland Translational Research Institutes.
Through the Entrepreneurship Nurturing Series and Exploratory Tours, participants can gain hands-on entrepreneurial experience while exploring diverse regional markets.
