Established in Hong Kong in 1993, Surrich International serves as the international business development headquarters of Wuxi Guolian Group. Its subsidiaries hold Type 4 and Type 9 licenses issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, and also possess a private equity fund management license in mainland China. Currently, the company manages four USD and RMB-denominated funds, focusing on angel equity investments in early-stage projects, boutique investments in high-growth projects, and strategic investments in vertically integrated industries.
