Designed to facilitate the growth of Hong Kong’s most prominent startups across Asia-Pacific, Visa has launched the Visa Accelerator Program 2023, a six-month program that invites emerging startups to collaborate on some of the most pressing challenges in the payments industry. Selected startups will work with Visa’s team of experts to co-develop, test, and iterate solutions, bring their concepts to life and pursue go-to market opportunities with Visa’s extensive network of financial institutions, merchants and digital partners. The program is looking for startups to develop solutions in the following five areas of opportunity in the payments industry:
- Web 3.0
- Global Money Movement
- Embedded Finance
- Merchant and Small Business Enablers
- Open Banking
