Eligibility:
- Person-In-Charge (PIC)must be an HKU member (student, staff, or alumnus of HKU or its affiliated institutions) OR an existing or prospective HKU IP licensee (with a licensing agreement already signed or being negotiated)
- HKU members should hold at least 20% ownership in the applying or to-be-established company
- Business incorporation in HK in less than 2 years
