Real estate, shopping malls and property management sectors are ranked amongst the top essential business operation models in Hong Kong. But most business owners are facing challenges after COVID-19 and demanding for innovative solutions for cost savings and effective customer engagement. Partnering between corporates and startups should help leverage resources like talent, capital and technology with each other to achieve efficient transformation to a new operating model. Most of the startup technology propositions are somehow relevant to proptech ecosystem as it covers a wide spectrum of technologies from data to devices, cloud platform to front-end SaaS, and integrating across the real estate industry process.

The programme is uniquely designed to offer tech startups to connect with investors, corporate clients and government support resources within one programme and one process. Selected startups will be invited to attend online investment committee meetings with HKSTP and our PropTech corporate partners.
